Red. And the color of painful, torturous screams. I can only wonder: is this where the ‘Divine Comedy’ was foretold? Tonight’s dream is like watching a bad torture movie through the eyes of a half color blind and near-sighted geriatric. Flashing shades of black, red, and pain explode into the atmosphere my subconscious has so generously created for me to view tonight. No real pictures. No real shapes. But the voices are very distinct. Clearly screaming in an eerily familiar voice ‘STOP! HELP! RUN!’ I’m frozen. Laying in my bed, conscious of the vivid movie my fucked up mind has decided to play for me, but I cannot move. There is no escape from this.In a quiet country home, a single father (Ben) tries to deal with the loss of his wife, while trying to understand and raise his 10 year old daughter (Briar). While dealing with his newly changed life, he has an even harder time differentiating between dream and reality.
